Clayco understands the need to recognize those working safely in the field and to reward individuals and teams who demonstrate outstanding performance in the areas of safety leadership, planning, mentoring and motivation. 

The Safety Incentive program is to be implemented on each project in an effort to create and sustain an injury/incident free safety culture.
